About Our Founder
Madeline L. Reamy is a nonprofit executive with more than 40 years of experience working in the non-profit arena. She served as the Executive Director of three organizations including EarthShare Georgia for 15 years, the Wren’s Nest and (Interim) Executive Director of Chattahoochee Nature Center.
During her years with EarthShare Georgia, she secured new business partnerships with Cox Enterprises, Bank of America, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, SCANA Energy, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, 2KB Energy Services and many others, particularly for employee engagement opportunities in the environment. In 2018, EarthShare Georgia celebrated its 25th anniversary, and the distribution of more than $6 million dollars raised through workplace-giving to support its member groups. In the same year, she was recognized as a Notable Georgia by Georgia Trend Magazine and became certified as a sustainability practitioner through the Centers for Sustainability and Excellence.
Madeline is a 2011 graduate of the Institute for Georgia Environmental Leadership, and a 2004 graduate of Leadership Sandy Springs. From 2016-2019, she served as a judge for the Cox Conserve Heroes program through Cox Enterprises and is currently a mentor for the WomenLead program at Ga State University.
Maia Wells’ background includes helping small businesses innovate and improve their operations for over 10 years. Through the years of helping businesses grow from infancy, she has gained skills in many areas such as web design, logistics, accounting, automation, project management, marketing, and more.
She studied at Georgia Tech in Environmental Engineering and Architecture and received a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Georgia State University. She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Accounting.
Maia's most recent employment experience was as a logistics manager for a sports and healthcare company. She has also worked as an account manager and web designer for a small business consulting firm.
Maia’s goal for every organization is to minimize costs, increase efficiency, and unify processes.
